Wine and Dine “chemistry between the dish and the wine”

This modern way of combining wine and dish has been around for many centuries. But how does it work exactly? At first a decision will have to be made if the dish goes with the wine or the wine goes with the dish. We want to try to give you more knowledge and ease to answer this question. The tasting training is playfully teaching you to create a game between dishes and wines.

Going once
Our chef will prepare the dishes and let you enjoy the advancement of the dishes. During this session you will be acquainted with the taste pallet. Knowing this will be a big help in choosing the right wine. You will also be taught when to leave out certain ingredients or choose a more complex wine besides your dish.

Going twice
The wine has already been chosen. The chef will adjust his dish completely to the wine. He will explain how he assesses his wine, what is going on and what ingredients you should use (and which not to use) to reach a good harmony between wine and dish

Wine and dine is a very broad subject. We will probably not stop talking about it and of course taste is different for every person. We also want to learn from you. If you have time, we will have time too. Most important for us is that you let us know what your wishes and desires are, or leave us the full choice, if that is what you want.
