Auxerrois dry white wine
Auxerrois is a white cépage from France. A 100% Auxerrois of Château Bon Baron is recognised by its spicy but nonetheless soft character. Its perfect texture and balance of acid, alcohol and fruitiness gives the wine body and a long aftertaste of continued freshness. Serving suggestion: 15˚C Auxerrois is suitable as an aperatif and works well with crab salad or lobster salad, pate, or for example pickled salmon with a dragon dressing.

This fresh, fruity and elegant dry white wine has had an alcoholic fermentation which stopped at 8 gr/l residual sugar because of strict undercooling by the cellar master. A gold coloured wine with distinctive oak tones and a typical mix of honey, acacia, butter, citrus and vanilla. A smooth finish. Serving suggestion: 17˚C Terrific in combination with trout fillet, tenderly cooked salmon fillet with a creamy white butter.
