Müller-Thurgau dry white wine

The Müller Thurgau wine of Château Bon Baron brings a fresh, fruity, elegant and quality wine, with a light Muscat tone.
Serving suggestion: 15˚C. This fresh, light wine is intended to be served young as an aperitif or with a dessert. Excellent as an accompaniment for fish, white meat and also with fine soft cheeses.

Pinot Gris * dry white wine

Wine aged for one* year in new French oak in the cellars of Château Bon Baron
Pinot Gris is a rich dry white wine with a solid character of dried fruit, wood and herbs. It is fresh and lively with a delicate flowery aroma indicating a quality wine.
Serving suggestion: 15˚C
As an aperitif, by shellfish, fish dishes and pasta.

Auxerrois dry white wine

Auxerrois is a white cépage from France.
A 100% Auxerrois of Château Bon Baron is recognised by its spicy but nonetheless soft character. Its perfect texture and balance of acid, alcohol and fruitiness gives the wine body and a long aftertaste of continued freshness.
Serving suggestion: 15˚C Auxerrois is suitable as an aperatif and works well with crab salad or lobster salad, pate, or for example pickled salmon with a dragon dressing.

Chardonnay dry white wine

This fresh, fruity and elegant dry white wine has had an alcoholic fermentation which stopped at 8 gr/l residual sugar because of strict undercooling by the cellar master. This Chardonnay distinguishes itself by a subtle spicy character. Its perfect texture and balance of acid, alcohol and fruitiness gives the wine body and a long aftertaste of continued freshness.
Serving suggestion: 13˚C. This fresh, light wine is intended to be served young as an aperitif or with a dessert. Excellent as an accompaniment for fish, white meat and also with fine soft cheeses. What to think about strawberries in pepper, drenched in this Chardonnay. ......... Very unusual !!

Chardonnay "sur lie" **  dry white wine

Wine fermented* and aged "sur lie" for one* year in new French oak in the cellars of Château Bon Baron. A gold coloured wine with distinctive oak tones and a typical mix of honey, acacia, butter, citrus and vanilla. A smooth finish.
Serving suggestion: 17˚C Terrific in combination with trout fillet, tenderly cooked salmon fillet with a creamy white butter.
