Our top vineyard ‘TERRASSEN VALBURNOT’ now contains Pinot Noir grapes. In the future it will also have Muscat and Chardonnay under the watchful eye of the Virgin Mary. These ‘TERRASSEN’ situated due south are almost Mediterranean and reflected by the warm slopes they bring full and powerful wines that will give an everlasting memory. The Burnot-formation was formed in the Devonian period and contains sandstone, conglomerate, tourmaline, slate and silt.
