The Pinot Noir from Château Bon Baron has a ruby red colour that characterizes its strength. It is a wine with a fine taste of red fruits with subtle tones of vanilla and nuts.
Serving suggestion: 18oC
Pinot Noir is a popular and versatile wine that can be served with a variety of dishes such as pate, shellfish, fish, meat, game and pasta.

Cabernet * red wine

Wine aged for one year in new French oak in the cellars of Château Bon Baron.
Cabernet is well known for its powerful deep red colour and its complex and characteristic aroma of red fruits such as raspberries, berries and plums
Serving suggestion: 18˚C
Game, strong cheeses, pickled meats and in the winter by an open fire, or in the summer served a little bit cooler on a terrace.

Acolon * or ** red wine

Wine aged for one* or two** year(s) in new French oak in the cellars of Château Bon Baron. Acolon is a cépage of black grapes. It is a new red wine with large nobility. Acolon has an intensive red colour, it is spicy, harmonic although slightly tannin. In the wine you can find red and black fruits such as raspberries, blackberries, bilberries, and plums. Due to the ripening on wood there are tones of pepper, paprika, eucalyptus, vanilla and oak wood.
Serving suggestion: 18˚C Game, strong cheese, cheese fondue, smoked or pickled meat, dark chocolate.
