Together with several schools of "Hotel Management and Education" and the ‘Institute du Sacre-Coeur’ in Burnot we will develop an educational program for students from the age of 14. Items that will be raised are:

1) History of wine making
2) Geology and wine making
3) Wine making, or vinification, methods and reality
4) Chemistry of wine
5) Alcohol consumption among teenagers.
